What Does a Maintenance Clean Include?
It will vary from room to room & may be unique to each client, but in general, each clean will cover:
- General Pick-up/Organization
- Dusting of surfaces, baseboards, window frames, lights, knick-knacks, shelves, furniture legs, etc.
- Disinfecting of high-touch areas like light switches, door knobs, handles, backs of chairs, etc.
- Spot cleaning smudges on windows/walls/doors
- Wiping down surfaces
- Vacuuming couches
- Sweep and/or mopping of floors (depending on how highly used the room is)
- Trash removal
- For Kitchens, the above list will be completed along with:
- Countertops & backsplash
- Stove tops
- Dishes
- Outside of Appliances (dish washer, fridge, toaster, etc.)
- Sink
- Spot cleaning cabinets & disinfecting knobs
- Inside/outside microwave
- Bathrooms will be the only room where a “deep clean” will be completed each time
